So I have finally put together or I should say started a nutrition blog for everyone. I am going to post something everyday on different areas of nutrition and health, trying to be versatile with everyone’s different lifestyles. There are going to be health tips, food comparisons, healthy recipes, some great advice to food choices on the go, and then balancing your day to day food needs while living with a busy schedule.

Since I am finishing up my degree in nutrition I figured this is a great way to share  with others what I have been so lucky  to learn while in school. I know that many people simply don’t have all the needed information and knowledge about healthy food choices and the damage that improper nutrition can have on the body. For many, life is a constant battle with health and weight, but it doesn’t have to be.  Having proper tools to implement towards a healthy  lifestyle will help us live lives where we are not doing the on and off again thing of eating healthy and then unhealthy. We need to understand that it’s Nutrition for Life. It’s a lifestyle.

It’s my wish that we all can become aware of how to take those first steps in rearing our lives towards  living healthy and staying on track to living long and fulfilling lives.
